About us

Near UA Hub is a particle of NEAR. We create products for the NEAR Protocol ecosystem.

NEAR (Near Protocol) is a layer 1 blockchain network. It provides a platform on which developers can build decentralized applications (dapps).

It is a unicorn in blockchain with Ukrainian roots (Illia Polosukhin is a co-founder).


Team

I suppose that you are definitely intrigued by what Recruitment Team do we have. So, for now we are three mature Recruiters (including a Lead). Each follows blockchain news everyday, works on 3-4 vacancies simultaneously and genuinely keen on web3. Our team appreciates honesty, healthy atmosphere and friendliness. I'd say we are independent players, we know our area of responsibility and don’t need micromanagement. We are looking for a professional like us.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment (preferably in complex products or even agencies)
  • desire to work on difficult vacancies (e.g. C-level roles, Solution Architect, Rust, Big Data, Blockchain/web3 SEs)
  • strong sourcing skills using non-trivial approaches
  • ability to maintain candidates pipeline alive in the meanwhile care about providing the best candidates experience
  • be hands on all the time
  • Upper-intermediate English level
  • deal with enhancement of recruitment process


Responsibilities

  • work on 3-4 vacancies simultaneously (we expect at least 2 closed vacancies monthly)
  • take ownership from a vacancy kick-off to newcomers onboarding
  • cooperate with all vacancies stakeholders (e.g. requirements gathering, updating them, setting up selection process, resolving bottlenecks)
  • participate in building Recruitment processes

Selection Process

  • CV Review (1-2 days)
  • Intro (15 minutes)
  • Test Task (2,5 h)
  • Tech Interview (1 h)
  • Final Interview (30 minutes)

The whole process might take up to 2 weeks.
